By accessing and using SAENGÉ, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the site.
2. Products and pricing
All prices shown are in US dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales taxes, which are added at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
We make our best effort to display the colors and details of each product accurately, but slight variations may occur due to lighting or your screen settings.
3. Payments
We process payments securely through Stripe, accepting all major credit and debit cards. All payments are in USD. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
4. Shipping
We ship throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email.
5. Returns and exchanges
You get a 30-day guarantee from delivery, provided that:
- The product is unopened, with its original seal intact
- It retains its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided

Opened or used products are not eligible for return for reasons of hygiene and safety.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the site — including photographs, text, logos, and design — is the property of SAENGÉ, LLC and is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction without written authorization is not permitted.
7. Limitation of liability
SAENGÉ, LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the products. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchase made.
